DAY 2 | Chivla Beach Malvan
15th Sindhudurg Ocean Swimathon And 3rd Maharashtra Ocean Swimathon
One of India’s oldest and most-loved open-water sea swimming competitions, Sindhudurg Ocean Swimathon made it’s debut in 2010 at Chivla Beach, Malvan. The upcoming 15th edition will feature over 3000+ swimmers competing across various distances and race formats. Event is organized by Sindhudurg District Aquatic Association affiliated to Maharashtra Aquatic Assocation.

- Event Dates: Saturday, 13th December 2025 & Sunday, 14th December 2025
- Distances: 500m, 1km, 2km, 3km, 5km, 10km + Divyang (H) & Divyang (M)
- Registration Start Date:Wednesday, 10th September 2025
🗓 Competition Schedule
Day 1 – Friday, 12th December 2025
- 05:00 PM – Reporting for 10km & Finswimming (1km & 2km) at Mama Varerkar Natya Graha,Malwan(Google Map)
Day 2 – Saturday, 13th December 2025
Reporting for Race at Chivla Beach- 06:00 AM – 10km
- 08:00 AM – 2km Finswimming
- 09:00 AM – 1km Finswimming
- 02:30 PM – Prize Distribution at Beach
- 05:00 PM – Reporting for 500m, 1km, 2km, 3km, 5km & Divyang at Mama Varerkar Natya Graha
Day 3 – Sunday, 14th December 2025
Reporting for Race at Chivla Beach- 06:00 AM – 5km
- 07:00 AM – 3km
- 08:00 AM – 2km
- 09:00 AM – 1km(Group1 & Divyang)
- 09:30 AM – 500m
- 02:30 PM – Prize Distribution at Beach
📌 Rules & Regulations
- Winners will receive cash prizes with medals and gifts.
- Participation certificates will be given to all those who complete the race.
- The Program QR code, including the route map will be provided to all the swimmers during Registration.
- Medical facilities for all swimmers will be provided during race.
- Swimmers registering for 10 km distance should have swum 5 km competition in the past and must provide a certificate copy attested by your swimming coach.
- If in any group, entries are less than 7 participants, the same group will be clubbed/ combined with another group.
- The Prizes shall be presented to the first 10 position holders in each group, provided there are sufficient entries in each group. Organizing Committee decision will be final.
- If in any event, where the number of participants is five or less, prizes will be presented to the first three places only and
- if number of participants are ten or less, prizes will be presented to first five places only.
- All participants must carry the original certificate (Proof of Birth) at the time of registration
📄 Terms & Conditions
- Race maybe cancelled depending on the weather condition.
- All data will be required to be filled in by the swimmers.
- Payment once made is non-refundable.
- Please ensure to attach the Aadhar card, medical certificate & indemnity bond, Payment Receipt with Transaction ID during submission of the registration form.
- Group 8 & 9 are required to get the Indemnity Bond printed on a Rs. 100/- stamp paper & then upload the file.
- The Entry Form, Indemnity Bond should be filled in all respect along with Age proof, Medical Certificate. Medical Certificate should be endorsed by the MBBS Doctor only. Incomplete entry form or form without supporting documents will be rejected.

Fees Structure
- 1st Sep – 8th Nov 2025: ₹2000
